Clinical Director

Atlanta Autism Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of behavior analysts and therapists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a proven track record of providing high-quality clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to a team of behavior analysts and therapists, ensuring that they are meeting the highest standards of care and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of behavior analysts and therapists, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are meeting their full potential.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the center is running smoothly and efficiently, and that clients are receiving the highest level of care.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring that the center is operating within its means and that clients are receiving the best possible value for their care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in the care of their loved ones.
- BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a behavior analyst.
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis and a proven track record of providing high-quality clinical services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology or special education.
- Experience working with clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
- Experience with electronic health records and other clinical software.
