Clinical Director

Atlanta Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our team of behavior analysts and therapists. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, effective, and ethical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and BCBA Interns, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Recruit, interview, and hire BCBAs, BCBA Interns, and BTs/RBTs.
- Conduct initial assessments and supervisory billing for Interns and BCBAs pending credentialing.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship on a daily basis.
- Supervise client caseloads and complete treatment fidelity and clinical quality checks.
- Complete probationary and annual reviews for supervisees with action plans.
- Assist with clinic operations, including maintaining the master schedule, addressing client emergencies, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Assist with staff performance issues and monitor the schedule for coverage.
- Maintain clinical assessment and treatment materials and help foster a positive work environment.
- Complete training, certification, and testing requirements as assigned.
- Provide case management support as needed, including conducting intake assessments, creating skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and participating in interdisciplinary collaboration meetings.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification required.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a BCBA (3-5 years preferred).
- Ability to learn and utilize CentralReach and Catalyst for scheduling and billing.
- Possession of active CAQH portal account and ability to be credentialed as an approved provider with our network of insurance providers.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet Georgia driving requirements with dependable means of transportation.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with FDA guidance.
- Safety-Care or Safety-Care for Families Specialist Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employment.
- CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and move around, get up and down from the floor or a chair, and otherwise able to play with a child for several hours at a time.
- Ability to see for purposes of reading laws and codes, rules and policies, and other printed matter and observing students.
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal speech levels, in the English language.
- Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate moderate to high stress levels.
- Ability to utilize Safety-Care Training when interacting with individuals that may be displaying physically aggressive, self-injurious, or socially inappropriate behavior.
Salary: $110-120K
