Job Title: Clinical Director

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a full-time, in-person Clinical Director to be based in our Lawrenceville clinic. This position will have no permanent caseload and no on-call requirement.

Total Compensation: $85,000 - $114,000

This includes base salary and annual bonuses, tiered and based on experience. Relocation assistance available.

Job Summary:

  • Assists State Director with review and updates of department materials such as manuals and policies.
  • Understands and follows all policies and procedures related to client payor plan rules and regulations.
  • Fulfills coverage for BCBA supervision hours across locations due to vacancy or PTO.
  • Provides direct supervision and monitoring of clinic assistants and schedulers across coverage locations.
  • Completes new assessments for incoming youth and assigns them to caseload coverage.
  • Completes all PIPs/CAPs in collaboration with treatment team.
  • Ensures all key performance indicators are tracked on a regular basis to identify proficiencies/deficiencies within the line (i.e., productivity, assessment due dates, RBT/BCBA certification dates, payor rules, etc.)
  • Reports and maintains all staffing needs to State Director to ensure appropriate hiring needs are met.
  • Participates in director level meetings to promote growth and line stability.
  • Ensures collaboration amongst all youth line providers in collaboration with State Director (SLP/OT/Mental Health).
  • Models and trains staff in the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analytic methodology.
  • Serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise regarding behavior analytic strategy implementation.
  • Understands and maintains assigned budgetary goals and growth metrics.
  • Responsible for oversight of behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Conducts descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
  • Provides direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or related discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Must have three to five years of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to individuals and other employees of the organization.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail.
