The estimated salary for this position is $$120,000 per year.
This position requires a Master's degree in Nursing and 3-5 years of experience in related fields. You must also have appropriate certifications and/or licensures. Current BLS/ACLS certification is required.
We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening and learning abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to critically think and solve complex problems while demonstrating social perceptiveness and monitoring skills.
In this role, you will diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses independently or as part of a healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include obtaining and analyzing patient information, developing appropriate diagnoses, recommending diagnostic or therapeutic interventions, prescribing medications, and educating patients about self-management of their conditions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses, detecting and responding to adverse drug reactions, and keeping up-to-date with developments in nursing practices. Additionally, you will schedule follow-up visits to monitor patients and evaluate health outcomes.
