JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and implementing promotional initiatives and sales events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. Provides support to the Field Marketing Manager through leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the brand ambassador team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists corporate headquarters in executing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the organization’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Works collaboratively with field marketing teams to enhance retail performance and sales efficiency, focusing on third-party retailers.
  • Manages logistics for sales promotions and actively promotes brand interests.
  • Creates effective methods for distributing promotional content to clients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site operations work Monday through Friday.
  • Work is project and objective-driven, requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
