JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for designing and implementing promotional initiatives and sales events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. Provides support to the Field Marketing Manager through leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the brand ambassador team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists corporate headquarters in executing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the organization’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Works collaboratively with field marketing teams to enhance retail performance and sales efficiency, focusing on third-party retailers.
- Manages logistics for sales promotions and actively promotes brand interests.
- Creates effective methods for distributing promotional content to clients.
- Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of sales promotions.
- Provides guidance to staff in handling complex tasks.
- Plans and organizes work schedules, assigning specific tasks to employees.
- Oversees HR and employee relations matters, payroll processing, and administrative responsibilities within the designated region.
- Tracks Brand Ambassador performance to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Schedules field teams for market activities.
- Onboards and trains new field representatives.
- Manages Team Leads effectively.
- Leads crisis management efforts as needed.
- Regularly directs and supervises the work of other employees.
- Recommends personnel decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and separations with significant impact.
- Manages daily operations of a specific team within the department.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment in addressing team tasks and challenges.
- Primarily engaged as a supervisor, actively contributes to management by assisting in employee training, assigning job responsibilities, and participating in decisions regarding employee status, while adhering to established management policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- 3 or more years of experience (Level 1) or 5 or more years of experience (Level 2).

- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may influence departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural changes.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday through Friday.
- Work is project and objective-driven, requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for extended periods.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 10 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
