This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities: a group of teams focused on maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience.


Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will support the VP, End-User Engagement through day-to-day project management and across other executive projects as assigned. You will also administer, analyze, implement, and track improvement initiatives for assigned projects. Additionally, you will engage leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the VP, End-User Engagement in project management and executive projects
  • Administering, analyzing, implementing, and tracking improvement initiatives
  • Engaging leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement
  • Creating Affinity Group and Decision Team rosters and conducting quarterly audits
  • Serving as the primary liaison between End-User Engagement and data teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience

Location

This role is based in Henry Ford and requires regular meetings and collaboration with our team. We offer a remote-friendly work environment, with flexibility to work from home when needed.


Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $82,500 per year, based on industry standards and location.
