About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 2+ years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care through compassion and understanding.
  • Gather and review pertinent information related to patients and their visits.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient care.
  • Educate patients on treatment options provided by Serenity Healthcare.
