Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Adult Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a therapist at Headlight, you'll work with individuals to establish positive relationships, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in our weekly lecture series and contribute to our team's growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
  • Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license
  • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families
