Your Impact Will Include:

  • Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and accessible in the café
  • Maintaining cleanliness of shelves, managing temperature controls, checking expiration dates, and discarding subpar food items
  • Packaging ready-to-sell items in appropriate containers and organizing displays
  • Preparing and serving ready-to-eat meals

Team Collaboration:

Stay informed about product specifications related to prepared food items; collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in educating fellow associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to the business's needs by working in various areas.

Expertise in Food Preparation:

Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product execution.

Technological Proficiency:

Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; leverage handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, and product quality.

Ownership and Accountability:

Drive performance in the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; provide member service by recognizing and addressing member needs; assist with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns.

Be a Brand Advocate:

Inspire and influence others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; understand challenges and assist in training.

Compliance and Collaboration:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to identify priorities and expectations.

Compensation:
