Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the cafe area and surrounding spaces
• Restock and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
