Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as a Professional Paint Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our professional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet professional customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our outside sales reps to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Enter customer information and leads into our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local pros, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using customer relationship management tools a plus.
  • Bilingual skills a bonus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
