Job Summary

ASML is seeking an experienced Operations Platform Manager to lead the implementation and industrialization of product lines in the Wilton Factory. This role will be responsible for NPI activities, supplier deliverables, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and industrialization of product lines in the Wilton Factory
  • Responsible for NPI activities, including key decision milestones and design reviews
  • Act as point of contact for assigned platform, reporting on production readiness and industrialization plans
  • Lead matrixed cross-functional teams to develop full product roadmaps and meet critical manufacturing KPIs
  • Identify and escalate critical production issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve and recover output schedule
  • Develop and drive manufacturing readiness plans to introduce new products into production
  • Manage key metrics such as cost of goods, labor hours, cycle times, and on-time delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum BS in a technical field
  • Minimum of 9 years experience in Project Leadership Role
  • Experience in new product introduction to a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with lean/six-sigma manufacturing methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and highly accurate
  • Highly motivated, takes initiative
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Works well in a dynamic environment
