Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Civil Engineer to become a part of our Land Development team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of land development projects, ranging from residential subdivisions to commercial and industrial sites. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and managing land development projects, focusing on site layout, grading, drainage, streets, and utilities.
  2. Preparing and modifying engineering reports, plans, and drawings.
  3. Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
  4. Coordinating with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Performing engineering calculations and analyses.
  6. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications.
  7. Participating in project meetings and providing technical support to project teams.
  8. Staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  9. Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  10. Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. A Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in land development engineering.
  4. Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
  5. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal land development regulations and guidelines.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
  10. Strong organizational and project management skills.

  12. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
