About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and monitor project progress to achieve company goals and deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control project budgets to ensure that costs are within allocated limits.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that all regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements:



  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications/Licenses: None required.

Salary Range:


$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
