About the Job:

  • This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient transportation services, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the basic needs of patients are met during transport, including food, water, and medication administration.
  • Operate wheelchair lift in ambulette vehicle and safely secure all patients.
  • Complete patient care and billing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transfers and minimize delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than four (4) points and approval by company insurance provider.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
