Job Summary

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Your expertise in team management, communication, and quality control will be essential in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. With a strong background in construction management, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics, and monitoring project costs. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections.
  • Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site.
  • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.
  • Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
  • Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring project updates are clear and consistent.
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Exceptional organizational ability in managing schedules, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
