Crafted is seeking a skilled Creative Lead who will conceptualize, design, and manage resources to produce unique creative content for our B2B clientele. The Creative Lead will engage with clients and internal teams to define and establish project goals, analyze current trends, understand the target audience, and address the visual requirements of a campaign from the initial planning phase to the final presentation.

The ideal Creative Lead is a seasoned creative professional and adept multitasker with outstanding project management, time management, and communication abilities. You should be punctual, insightful, and detail-oriented, possessing a strong vision for developing and executing campaign ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce a diverse range of design outputs, including digital, print, environmental, web, storyboards, and video graphics.
  • Support the Creative Director and other essential stakeholders.
  • Develop design concepts and innovative solutions that align with clients' business goals and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with other members of the creative team to assess client or company needs and create visual components for campaigns.
  • Engage with clients or the company to set objectives, provide updates, gather feedback, and present the completed campaign.
  • Conduct research to gain insights into brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Work alongside other departments and contractors to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Establish budgets and timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of the final campaign.
  • Address design and process challenges as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance design department workflows.

Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or marketing environment producing high-quality creative content for demand generation initiatives with the responsibilities listed above.
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results.
  • Interpersonal skills: outstanding verbal/written communication, listening, and mentoring.
  • Proficiency with Adobe and various creative platforms and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and innovative team setting.
  • Degree in design or a related creative field.
