Position Overview:

- Review and refine processes to comply with contractual obligations, making adjustments as necessary.
- Offer continuous coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and competency.
- Stay informed about Medicaid services and benefits available to our members.
- Work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment.

Qualifications:
- Residency in Virginia or within a 40-mile radius of the state.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in care management, particularly within Medicaid or Medicare frameworks.
- At least two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
- Experience in business consulting or operational leadership.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for conducting meetings and briefings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and various information systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- This position involves patient interaction and requires participation in a TB screening program.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance are necessary for travel within Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience with Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) populations or in managed care.
- Five or more years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of community health resources and social service agencies.

Additional Information:
- This is a remote position with travel requirements.
- Expected travel up to 25% for collaboration and field interactions.
- Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Language proficiency assessment is required for associates communicating in languages other than English.

Compensation:
- The estimated salary range for this position is $76,800 - $105,800 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
