Job Description:

This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing supportive care standards, providing clinical expertise to multi-disciplinary teams, and leading research initiatives in oncology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare teams, focusing on symptom management, end-of-life planning, and site-of-service optimization.
  • Research and Development: Collaborate with clinical trial programs to develop and implement innovative treatment approaches, contributing to the development of new care delivery pathways.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster relationships with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners to advance collaborative quality improvement and clinical outcomes research initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree: Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical Experience: Completion of graduate medical education training program in a relevant specialty.
  • Certification: Board Certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Licensure: Active medical licensure in the state where practicing.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
