Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing, managing, and troubleshooting network routing/switching/wireless network/factory network.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Collaborate with remote technical teams and users to resolve critical technical issues during crisis situations.">
  • Configure and install new network security equipment and troubleshoot existing issues.">
  • Participate in problem management processes to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.">
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for L1/L2 colleagues on operational topics.">
  • Drive service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.">
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex network issues using various protocols (SSLTLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, RADIUS, TACACS, AAA, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD).">
  • Work in 24x7 operations support and provide excellent communication skills to interact with customers.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.">
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in configuration, installation, management, and troubleshooting of Network routing/switching/wireless network/factory network.">
  • Experience in application transport and network infrastructure protocols SSLTLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, RADIUS, TACACS, AAA, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD.">
  • Working in 24x7 operations support.">
  • Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations.">
  • Coordinate with remote technical team and users for any service request, incidents, technical requirements.">

  • Take part in discussions with Business Team/SMEs to understand requirements and work with architect teams to implement optimal solutions.">
  • Engage in problem management processes for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.">
  • Training L1/L2 colleagues on various operational topics both technical and process.">
  • Driving service improvement and customer satisfaction.">
  • Customer interaction skills.">
  • Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.">
  • Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.">
  • Excellent in Verbal, written communication.">
  • Certification in network routing and security technologies.">
