Mill Controller III

Graphic Packaging International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mill Controller III to lead the financial function for our paper mill site. As a key member of the mill leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial and management reporting, designing and maintaining a strong internal control environment, and providing thorough analysis of the financial implications of operating decisions and issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the mill financial staff and supervise the mill purchasing function.
- Partner with mill management to achieve the mill financial and operating objectives.
- Provide analytical support and lead/promote continuous improvement for all activities and processes of the mill.
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures and policies.
- Monitor and work with mill management on Continuous Improvement initiatives and validate savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business related field required; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years in an Accounting/Finance role; Manufacturing experience required.
- Proven ability to drive P&L performance and autonomously lead the financial function for an operating site.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- ERP systems experience required; SAP preferred.
