The Customer Success Advocate role at Shipshape IT is designed to provide exceptional support experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in technical support or related field
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
