Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to a student in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in skills such as G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator management.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to students with medical needs, including Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and G-Tube feeding management
- Assist with personal care, diabetic care, and seizure monitoring with rescue medications
- Transport the patient to and from school
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where the nurse practices
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year of prior LVN/LPN experience preferred
