Customer Service/Operations Manager

Pro Worldwide Logistics Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Service/Operations Manager to lead our import operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations, handling documentation, and collaborating with shipping lines, trucking companies, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
