Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Service Manager to oversee our allocations and shipping processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow from the warehouse to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales teams to monitor and track orders and deliveries.
  • Manage a team of off-shore logistics staff.
  • Analyze and review Open Order Reports to ensure efficiency and timely processing.
  • Manage and follow up on bulk orders, ensuring timely release within current shipping windows.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team on inbound shipments.
  • Allocate products by style and ship date, managing order priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, routing, and sales teams to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Lading (BOL) documents to international customers.
  • Oversee the allocation and processing of incoming shipments and goods, maintaining effective communication with the warehouse team and providing timely updates.
  • Generate and review open pick ticket reports and ensure follow-up on backorders to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or related areas.
  • Proven experience managing a team, with strong leadership abilities to train, mentor, and oversee remote staff.
  • Experience in the Fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and warehouse staff.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Salary range is $80k - $120k
