**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled Primary Health Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Missoula clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assess and diagnose various diseases and injuries in patients of all ages, perform therapeutic procedures, and arrange referrals and consultations as needed. You will also chart review and document patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy and JCAHO standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide preventative care and follow-up services to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

**Requirements:**

• MT medical license as NP.
• MT DEA certificate.
• Current NP board certification by ANCC/AANP.
• CPR certification.
• Medical Spanish fluency (desired).
• 3+ years of experience as NP in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, gerontology, or palliative care.
