Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary with an estimated base pay of $$83,500 per year, plus additional benefits such as:
$5.00 shift differential
$3.50 weekend premium

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to work three 12-hour shifts every weekend. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of critical care experience and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The incumbent will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
• ACLS and NIHSS upon hire
• One (1) year of critical care experience
