  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards related to survey operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in survey operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Least Squares Reduction, and other survey software.
  • Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, and other emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
