Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise on the implementation and execution of our Information Security strategy, policies, and standards. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business leaders to identify and mitigate security risks, develop long-term solutions to IT needs, and ensure the effective control and management of security risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior leaders to address, identify, and escalate security concerns and emerging risks.
  • Provide strategic security guidance to ensure consistency in development and deployment.
  • Identify key risks to applications and understand business risk tolerance to provide guidance.
  • Report security issues and risks to the business with appropriate documentation and support the response to security events.
  • Work with the business to develop processes and procedures to ensure information security policies and standards are integrated.
  • Guide the business in developing action plans and reporting and tracking to closure all information security issues resulting from Security Assessments, Audit, and Risk Assessment.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in information security, with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and management experience in a similar technical and business environment. A BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. Training courses, seminars, certifications, or other security-related education experience are preferred. CISSP, SSCP, CISA, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, MSCE certifications are also preferred.
