About You

You are a state-certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with three to five years of experience working with children in special education. You excel at conducting classroom observations, collaborating with team members, and leveraging your skills to train and support paraprofessionals effectively. Your passion for behavior analysis drives you to apply your skills to individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs.

You are excited to coach the development of conceptually, function-based behavior intervention plans with others. As a driven and self-motivated individual, you excel at managing your time and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals needing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Education Requirements
