### Job Summary

As a Claims Adjuster on our team, you'll play a critical role in investigating and resolving bodily injury claims. You'll work independently to determine coverage and liability, while also managing customer relationships and ensuring swift resolution. Your strong negotiation and customer service skills will be essential in interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders. Ongoing coaching and training will be provided to support your growth and development in this role.

### Key Responsibilities

* Investigate and analyze bodily injury claims to determine coverage and liability
* Gather details through interviews and investigations to support claim resolution
* Settle unrepresented bodily injury claims and calculate benefit payments
* Collaborate with customers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims

### Requirements

* 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in claims handling
* Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in claims handling
* Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in claims handling
