RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the operation of paper converting machinery and ensure the availability of all production materials.
  • Monitor equipment performance, execute machine resets, and troubleshoot issues in the designated area of the production line as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and assigned workspaces.
  • Inspect the production line for defective materials and conduct quality assurance checks as required.
  • Help prepare raw materials for production processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college education or technical training is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with hand tools is beneficial.
  • Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance record.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts or as required.
  • 12-hour shifts may be necessary.
  • Military experience is considered a plus.
