Job Description

As a Screen Assembler - Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling screens to engineering specifications in a cost-efficient and safe manner. Your duties will include trimming, marking screens as necessary, boxing, crating, moving parts, and assembling parts. You will also be responsible for removing parts from boxes for the assembly process, storing equipment and materials in their proper places, and cutting screen and steel to length.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Check the quality of parts to ensure accuracy of dimension and quantity.
  2. Be willing to cross-train into other areas as required to meet production schedules and/or manufacturing needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with the team and management.
  4. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  5. Work extra hours daily and on weekends as required.
  6. Work in a non-controlled climate.
  7. Assist in plant housekeeping, including sweeping, emptying trash barrels, and proper storage of chemicals.
  8. Follow all safety and environmental policies and programs.
