- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of provider time.
- Register patient data and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record system.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certificate or associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a medical setting, with a focus on clinical and administrative skills.
- CPR certification and basic life support training required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
