Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. As an LPN, you will be responsible for promoting wellness, healing, and independence for all lives we touch.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
  • Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds and stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
