Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic devices and circuits using PCB assembly, soldering, and surface mount technology.
  • Fabricate and assemble mechanical components using mechanical knowledge.
  • Read and interpret schematics and circuit diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic components and circuits using an ohmmeter.
  • Program and test electronic devices using logic controllers.
  • Measure and inspect components and assemblies using a caliper.
  • Solder electronic components and circuits with precision and accuracy.
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective assembly and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical assembly, including PCB assembly and surface mount technology.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and circuit diagrams.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and programming languages.
  • Experience with soldering and electronic testing techniques, including the use of an ohmmeter.
