About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Irrigation Foreman to join our team at Greenstar Landscaping & Irrigation Co. in South Florida. As an Irrigation Foreman, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, as well as managing employees, projects, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose irrigation system issues, including electrical problems and water flow issues.
  • Perform regular inspections of irrigation systems to ensure proper function and identify areas for improvement.
  • Install, repair, and replace irrigation system components, including valves, pumps, timers, and controllers.
  • Supervise and train crew members to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement estimates and proposals for new irrigation projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician or foreman.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience in landscaping and irrigation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
