Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store as needed.
  • Occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
