Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Workday-related audit processes and tools, including Kainos

  • Workday security and general system configuration related to enhancements, defects, and newly released functionality
  • Develop appropriate testing and change control documentation
  • Project Management for cross-functional Workday initiatives
  • Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements in current Workday security processes
  • Partner with the business to understand business needs, gather/document business requirements, assess Workday Security configuration feasibility and impact to other Workday configuration
  • Act as security point of contact on projects and enhancements providing security role design guidance and best practices
  • Provide ongoing ERP system support for day-to-day challenges that end-users may face
  • Maintain and develop relationships throughout the business and Information Technology
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, HR, business technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience required; 2+ years of Workday Security or HRIS / ERP, Configuration, or related disciplines preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
