Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Sunglass Hut, providing an authentic and energized experience to all customers. You will be responsible for building brand loyalty, consistently delivering sales plans, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
  • Build brand loyalty by consistently delivering sales plans and contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
