About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for patients of all ages. Your expertise will help improve speech, language, and overall communication skills for those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Providing evidence-based therapy interventions to promote effective communication and swallowing function
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus amazing benefits starting day one. These include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
