About the RoleThis position requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual with experience in performing interventional radiology procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist radiologists and healthcare professionals in performing interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, utilizing advanced knowledge of radiographic positioning and techniques.
- Orient and educate patients and their families about the procedure, providing clear guidance on post-procedure care.
- Operate and maintain interventional radiology equipment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Monitor patients during procedures, responding promptly to any changes in condition or concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate and interpret diagnostic results, contributing to accurate patient diagnoses.
- Hold valid certification or license as a Radiology Technologist.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, demonstrating expertise in various procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performing interventional radiology procedures, with a strong understanding of radiographic positioning and techniques.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate patient documentation and maintaining detailed records of procedures and outcomes.
- Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to strict quality control standards.
We offer an attractive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits starting from day one. Our aim is to provide a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and satisfaction.
