Job Title: Law Enforcement Officer

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

The Duchesne County Sheriff's Office seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Law Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing laws and ordinances, protecting life and property, and providing excellent customer service to our community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enforce laws and ordinances, and respond to emergency calls and situations.
  • Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses and suspects.
  • Provide traffic control and assistance to stranded motorists.
  • Maintain order in crowds and assist other law enforcement agencies when requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Utah driver's license.
  • Utah Law Enforcement Certification required.
