This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Zoning Compliance Officer. As a key member of our Community Development Department, you will be responsible for enforcing zoning regulations and ensuring compliance with county ordinances.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process zoning complaints and applications.
- Conduct site visits to verify zoning compliance and provide technical assistance to property owners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of zoning complaints and applications.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
