This role will also involve assisting in reviewing design elements, preparing requests for proposals, managing bidding processes, and recommending the award of work based on City policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with specifications
  • Recommend modifications and track payments
  • Assist in reviewing design elements
  • Prepare requests for proposals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or traffic engineering
  • Knowledge of mathematics as applied to engineering work
  • Familiarity with engineering design principles and practices

  • Proficiency with modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment
  • Functional understanding of traffic modeling software (Sychro, Vistro) and ArcGIS
