YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Analytics Empowerment team in developing tracking frameworks and validating measurement methodologies across various client and agency projects.
  • Engage directly with clients, partners, and agency colleagues, communicating effectively to inspire confidence while adhering to a documentation-first approach.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), scope documents, and project resource hour estimates; contribute to agency business development efforts.
  • Oversee personnel management to promote team development and talent retention.
  • Design tracking frameworks for client initiatives and campaigns, producing flow diagrams and technical specifications to enable comprehensive tracking and optimization of both digital and offline interactions.
  • Educate clients and agency colleagues on industry developments pertinent to analytics and data privacy, including the cookieless future and relevant privacy frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain campaign naming conventions and URL tagging taxonomies.
  • Conduct assessments of client marketing and technology ecosystems, business objectives, and available personnel resources.
  • Provide guidance on CRM and email marketing measurement utilizing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus Email Analytics.
  • Advise on digital media tracking based on experience with various advertising platforms and tools.
  • Consult on tag management implementation and validation through leading platforms.
  • Promote the Analytics Empowerment discipline and objectives to both new and existing clients, as well as cross-disciplinary leadership peers in other offices, to identify new opportunities and encourage widespread adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10-15 years of experience in analytics and technology, with a minimum of 5 years in Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media sectors managing multiple clients.
  • Proven experience in managing agency teams, fostering talent retention, providing growth opportunities, and resolving personnel challenges.
  • Expertise in drafting scope documents, including SOWs, hours estimates, and milestone roadmaps.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring analytics systems, reporting, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems to support the deployment of analytics tracking tags.
  • Proficient in administering Google Analytics 4 and configuring Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with enterprise taxonomy management tools.
  • Knowledge of mobile tracking solutions and SDK integration is a plus.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address complex measurement challenges while committing to ongoing education in the field.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create client-ready documents and presentations, along with effective public speaking skills.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven management skills with a track record of talent development and excellent interpersonal communication.
