Position Title:
Lead Audiology Specialist

Location:
San Francisco, CA

Compensation:
$150,000 - $200,000 annually, with performance bonuses

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Daytime)

Position Summary:

The Lead Audiology Specialist will work closely with the Audiology Director to provide extensive audiological services to patients.

This position necessitates a professional demeanor while representing the audiology department in clinical environments, encompassing both adult and pediatric audiology practices.


Primary Duties:
1. Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver treatment for auditory and balance disorders.
2. Offer fitting and dispensing services for hearing aids and other assistive listening technologies.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive patient care.
4. Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.
5. Ensure precise documentation and records management of patient interactions.
6. Engage in research and development to advance the field of audiology.

Essential Qualifications:
Doctorate in Audiology (AuD or PhD).
Valid Audiologist license in California or a Provisional Audiologist license (with full licensure to be obtained within three months of employment).

Desirable Qualifications:
Current Dispensing Audiologist License.
Previous leadership experience in a clinical environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
