About the Job:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Assembler to join our team in Shakopee, Minnesota. As a Hydraulic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling hydraulic components of our product, following work orders and reading diagrams to complete the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic components of our product
  • Follow work orders and read diagrams to complete the assembly process
  • Grab parts off of the rack as needed and have stations set up
  • Work with screwdrivers, power drills, and pneumatic drills
  • Use hand and power tools

Requirements:

  • Good head on their shoulders and a desire to be with the company long-term
  • Good attendance and willingness to show up every day
  • Commitment to long-term employment
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with hands and power tools

Work Environment:

The shop is not climate-controlled but has excellent ventilation, a laid-back environment, great leaders, and a huge break room.
