About You

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and execute innovative manufacturing processes for current products.
  • Collaborate to enhance our existing manufacturing capabilities, yield rates, and production capacity.
  • Review assembly schematics and testing specifications, providing constructive feedback to the design team.
  • Implement design enhancements for both existing and new products, as well as manufacturing lines, including automation.
  • Tackle challenges across all manufacturing domains (mechanical, assembly, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, painting, and testing processes) while supporting product development.
  • Create and update documentation (Process Flows, Work Instructions, etc.).
  • Work alongside production leaders to cultivate team skills that align with designed manufacturing processes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
  • A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in General, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
  • Proficient knowledge and practical application of manufacturing processes (control, methods, automation).
  • Experience in technical writing for manufacturing documents (PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Checklists).
  • Strong understanding of small engine components (mechanical and electrical).
  • Familiarity with software tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
