Job SummaryWe are seeking highly skilled MRI Technologists to join our team at our Seattle clinic. As an MRI Technologist at Prenuvo, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Operation of MRI Scanner: You will be responsible for patient safety, the performance of high-quality Prenuvo Scans, and performing and remaining current on Prenuvo Scan protocols.
- Supply Management and Equipment Maintenance: You will be responsible for ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and scan room preparation.
- Troubleshooting and Reporting: You will troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Image Post Processing: You will be responsible for post-processing images, including transfer of images to PACS, and ensuring all post-processing steps are complete.
- Leadership and Training: You will have the opportunity to train new technologists in all facets of the role, including patient safety, room preparation, effective communication, image acquisition, time management, and post-processing.
- Strong Knowledge of MRI Imaging and Patient Safety: You will have a strong base knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety.
- Licensure and Certification: You will be licensed with the appropriate board, such as ARMRIT or ARRT (MR), and have a completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program.
- Clinical Experience: You will have at least 2 years of clinical work experience.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team.
